It’s not located in Add & Remove files,but it is located in the Start menu – all programs menu.I know sometimes programs will have a little menu off of them with the uninstall option,but this doesn’t have it.How else can i uninstall this program?

1.GO TO MY COMPUTER
2.THEN GO IN LOCAL DISK
3.IN LOCAL DISK GO IN THE FOLDER THAT NAMED”PROGRAM FILES”
4.IN PROGRAM FILES LOOK FOR THE FOLDER THAT HAS THE NAME OF THE PROGRAM
5.WHEN YOU FIND IT DELETE THE ENTIRE FOLDER!
NOTE:IF THE FOLDER REFUSES TO DELETE,THEN OPEN THE FOLDER AND DELETE EVERYTHING MANUALLY ONE BY ONE!
right click on it on the start menu it should give you the option to delete.
if not and you are on windows try.
start ~search~in the window that appears type in the program name~delete it when the search brings it up.
hope this helps.
right click and hit properties, then click the tab Shortcut and then click Find Target, and then when the folder pops up delete everything in it.

I had a similar proplem I had a program that add/remove said couldnt be removed I went and downloaded windows installer cleaning utility program was on there I hit remove and it removed it no problem. Also this is a free download. Check it out this might solve your problem. Nothing ventured nothing gained
