Locate the program’s installation directory. most likely it is c:program files
delete the folder containing the program by holding shift and pressing delete.
If this doesn’t work please provide the name of the program in question so I can provide more assistance

No program needs a password to be uninstalled.

First make sure that u r the administor of the pc so that u got the right to uninstall it.
If u r, then it may be a malicious program( not a virus).
It just doesn’t want u to uninstall it.
In such condition, u can use Perfect Uninstaller. Use Special Uninstall function.

You shouldn’t need a password to uninstall it, but perhaps you could try going to control panel and then go to “Add/Remove Programs” and find it and tell it to uninstall it.
