How To Completely Uninstall Norton Symantec Antivirus From Computer?

After I using norton antivirus, I found my pc runs more slowly. I dont like it now.
I removed it from control panel, but my pc still runs slowly as before.
Norton is still there. How to remove it completely?

you have to use the norton removal toolhttp://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Unins…
thats one of the reasons not to use norton and there are plenty more
