Norton will let you download just about anything. But P2P file sharing programs aren’t safe. So you may need to open Norton, and use the help file. Search for About the Smart firewall, then look at Adding a program. You will need to create a rule. Or look in the block part of the firewall and if you can find the program that is being blocked change the rules. I do find it odd that Norton is blocking all those programs. Did someone set it up to block. My Norton does not block, anything but infected programs and sites.
